Early deletion requests

Individuals may request early deletion of their personal information through a Data Subject Access Request (DSAR). Tenants submit DSARs through the dashboard; Azire processes them within the required regulatory timeframes. Azire will honour deletion requests except where retention is required by law.

Technical implementation

Azire uses soft-delete (a deletedAt timestamp) for operational records, followed by a hard-delete sweep after the relevant retention period. Call recordings are automatically deleted from the Retell-hosted storage after the configured period. Backup copies are retained for up to 30 additional days before permanent deletion.
