Cross-border processing

This is disclosed to callers in the call notice, to individuals in the Privacy Policy, and to tenants in the Data Processing Agreement. Personal information processed outside Canada may be subject to lawful access by foreign authorities.

Adding or changing a sub-processor

Tenants are notified by email at least 30 days before any new sub-processor that touches Caller data is added. A tenant may object within the notice period as described in the Data Processing Agreement.
